General Membership Meeting on October 9, 2005
Old Business
1. The motion to create/amend the shelf storage policies of the club
was carried by unanimous vote. The club leadership will circulate a
final version. Certified letters will be sent to all $50 members who
are in arrears notifying them to pay dues or pick-up their gaming
supplies that are in the club. Members still in arrears in December
will have their gaming supplies boxed up and/or removed from the club
per a vote of the general membership.
2. President Joe Brophy will still step down in December.
New Business
1. Publicity and recruitment committees were created to meet
regularly and formulate strategies to publicize the club and recruit
new members. One committee was formed for miniatures and one for
board games.
2. The club web page is up at www.nycwargames.com. The web master
is accepting all news/articles/reviews from the membership for
posting.
